U-pia project shows future urban street space for generating growth potential. City is a life composed with organic structure. The most important factor activating the cell which can grow the city is animated communication. The communion of citizens through On-line, Off-line contact, Exchange and generate of information among the citzens themselves and Eco-friendly landscape are the concept and model of this project. U-pia is consist of 7 items; Communication Tower, Pylon, U.bench, Environmental timer, U.mist, U.pond, Digital tree. The Main item, Communication tower is symbolic object which help citizens to exchange their information and to share their feeling through its lighting and display system. Moreover, the other items play a role in interface of resting and communicating.
